Matt Roberts is the chairman of Matt Roberts Arts, a not-for-profit organisation which is dedicated towards supporting creative practitioners in developing their practice and professional knowledge. Prior to founding Matt Roberts Arts he chaired the Conjunction Group, and co-directed the video art programme at the Airspace gallery, Stoke on Trent.
Matt Roberts contributes regularly to a-n magazine, contemporary, and axisweb, and publishes the quarterly online magazine 'art art art'.
